Michael T. Sauer, CPA, EA, MBA

Mike is the Managing Partner for MBD CPA. He is also a founding partner with Compeer Partners and Milestone Capital Group. Mike began his career in the audit department of the Columbus Office of Coopers & Lybrand. He has worked in various executive level finance positions with both public and private companies. Mike has extensive experience dealing with troubled companies.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Ohio and is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a  Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Mike has served on various boards including The National Aviation Hall of Fame and the Ohio Statewide Development Corporation. He is currently on the Advisory Board of the Childhood League Center.

Mike has an Accounting Degree from The Ohio State University and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Dayton. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Ohio Society of CPAs and the National Association of Enrolled Agents.
